2. Have completed Parent Release form

3. Choose membership type

4. Assign membership to a child

5. Repeat if you have multiple children

   **3 Month pre-payment require, and no commitment to continue. Prices are per child and membership benefits are non-transferable. Benefits cannot be redeemed or saved for a later date. Discounted birthday party, must be purchased while you have an active Studio Membership.
